50-Year Water Plan Scope of Work

The University of Minnesota Water Council, in accordance with Legislative Request: CHAPTER 60, H.F. No. 2310, Article 9, Sec. 12, developed a scope of work, timeline and budget for a plan to promote and protect clean water in Minnesota for the next 50 years.

This report was submitted to the Minnesota Legislature by the Regents of the University of Minnesota on December 1, 2023.
